Take clear photos of your item using your phone and submit them through our easy online form. Include a description, condition details, and any relevant information that helps us evaluate your item.
Our team reviews your submission and determines if the item is a good fit for our store. If accepted, we'll work with you to set a fair agreed-upon price.
Once approved, you can either drop off your item at our location or request a pickup (additional arrangements may apply for large items).

We operate on a transparent commission structure. When your item sells, you earn your share.
You receive 60% of the sale price—one of the best rates in Austin! We retain 40% to cover store operations, marketing, and sales support.
Example:
Item sells for $100 → You earn $60
Our consignment period is structured to maximize your item's selling potential while keeping things moving.
Your item is displayed at the agreed-upon price for the first two weeks.
If unsold after 14 days, the price is automatically reduced by 20% to attract buyers.
If your item hasn't sold after 30 days, you have two options:
Schedule a pickup time to retrieve your unsold item. No additional fees apply.
We list your item on High Bid, a local auction platform, with a $5 minimum bid.
